    hi. Full stars for this because:
    a. ends are well labeled (easy to tell which way up for insert)
    b. cable is plenty long (3.5′), and thicker/more robust than anticipated
    c. works for both data connection AND CHARGING for my particular phone, Samsung Eternity SGH-867, which isn’t listed in the item description as being supported.
    d. Shipping was prompt from third-party seller.

    Buying this stand alone USB cable for the Samsung was very inexpensive. Using this in conjunction with the FREE software from Samsung’s website allows you to connect your phone to your PC easily and move data, ringtones, images, and such effortlessly. Skip the software/cable bundle, go this route!

    This cable is a must have for transfering photos or music to and from your computer. Works great and very good price. Also works with the Rugby SGH-A837, which is not listed in the description. Download the software from Samsung’s website (free)and you’re ready to go. Quick shipping also.
